Ingredients

• 2 ea ripe avocados, pitted, peeled
• 1/2 C sour cream
• 2 T apple cider vinegar
• 2 T olive oil
• 2 T cilantro, fine chop
• 2 T fennel fronds, fine chop
• 1 ea Jalapeno pepper, fine chop
• tortilla chips

Instructions

1. Puree all the ingredients except the chips until smooth, light and thick. Season to taste.
2. Plate and serve with chips.
