Avocado Cream
serves 4
Ingredients
2 ea ripe avocados, pitted, peeled
1/2 C sour cream
2 T apple cider vinegar
2 T olive oil
2 T cilantro, fine chop
2 T fennel fronds, fine chop
1 ea Jalapeno pepper, fine chop
tortilla chips
Instructions
Puree all the ingredients except the chips until smooth, light and thick. Season to taste.
Plate and serve with chips.
